卡特CAT330BL型液壓挖掘機一例行走故障的檢修

圖(tu)2 斜(xie)(xie)(xie)坡(po)(po)停(ting)(ting)機試(shi)驗。為(wei)(wei)了(le)更快,更準確地找出(chu)故障(zhang)部位。我們進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)如下試(shi)驗及(ji)測量:,(1)使(shi)機器向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)行(xing)(xing)駛(shi),左(zuo)操縱(zong)桿(gan)回中位,右操縱(zong)桿(gan)保持不變(bian)。此(ci)(ci)時行(xing)(xing)走正常(chang),即(ji)左(zuo)履(lv)帶(dai)制動(dong)。右履(lv)帶(dai):前(qian)(qian)進(jin)。(2)斜(xie)(xie)(xie)坡(po)(po)停(ting)(ting)機試(shi)驗,如圖(tu)2,在(zai)坡(po)(po)度約為(wei)(wei)12度的斜(xie)(xie)(xie)坡(po)(po)上,使(shi)驅動(dong)馬達(da)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)(向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上),在(zai)斜(xie)(xie)(xie)坡(po)(po)上停(ting)(ting)機,此(ci)(ci)時,左(zuo)右履(lv)帶(dai)正常(chang),原地個動(dong)。改為(wei)(wei)把驅動(dong)馬達(da)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下),引導輪向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)(向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上)。右履(lv)帶(dai)正常(chang),不動(dong);而左(zuo)履(lv)帶(dai)出(chu)現了(le)先(xian)前(qian)(qian)的故障(zhang)。即(ji)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下滑移500以亡才停(ting)(ting)止(zhi),(3)測量系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),把大臂舉升到(dao)極限使(shi)其(qi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升至最高。此(ci)(ci)時用壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)測得系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)即(ji)泵(beng)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)為(wei)(wei),屬正常(chang)。
(4)對(dui)行(xing)(xing)走系統壓力(li)(li)的(de)(de)測(ce)試。對(dui)左(zuo)行(xing)(xing)走驅(qu)動(dong)輪進行(xing)(xing)外制動(dong)(塞擋銷卡死驅(qu)動(dong)輪)同時用(yong)鏟斗和大臂撐起履帶使(shi)其(qi)懸空(如圖3),再向前操縱左(zuo)行(xing)(xing)走操作桿,此時測(ce)得馬達驅(qu)動(dong)壓力(li)(li)值。下(xia)泵(beng)為10.5MPa。無法(fa)再上(shang)升。同樣的(de)(de)方法(fa)測(ce)得右行(xing)(xing)走系統壓力(li)(li)值(上(shang)泵(beng))壓力(li)(li)為34.3MPa。即主(zhu)溢流閥的(de)(de)設定(ding)值,為最高(gao)。(5)把中心(xin)回轉接頭(tou)下(xia)的(de)(de)四根主(zhu)油管(guan)拆下(xia),使(shi)左(zuo)右兩(liang)對(dui)油管(guan)相互對(dui)換。上(shang)緊(jin)后再操縱兩(liang)行(xing)(xing)走操作桿,發現左(zuo)行(xing)(xing)駛故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)仍(reng)存(cun)在(zai),3 分析(xi)判斷。根據以(yi)上(shang)試機檢測(ce)結(jie)果結(jie)合(he)液(ye)壓系統圖可以(yi)用(yong)排除法(fa)推斷故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)原因:,根據測(ce)試步驟(3)的(de)(de)結(jie)果,即上(shang)下(xia)泵(beng)壓力(li)(li)值34.3MPa。
為(wei)正常值。即可排除(chu)主(zhu)(zhu)泵及其控(kong)制系統存(cun)在故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)可能,圖3 測試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)系統壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)方法,1主(zhu)(zhu)動軸(zhou) 2進油道 3配油盤 4制動器彈簧 5摩擦片(pian) 6缸筒(tong) 7活塞(sai) 8斜盤,根據測試步(bu)(bu)驟(zou)(5)的(de)(de)結果,可以判(pan)定(ding)中心回轉接(jie)頭、先導控(kong)制閥(fa)(fa)及行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)主(zhu)(zhu)控(kong)閥(fa)(fa)不(bu)存(cun)在故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),由測試步(bu)(bu)驟(zou)(4)的(de)(de)結果(左行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)駛系的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)只有)及行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)試驗(1)和斜坡停(ting)(ting)機(ji)試驗(2)可以斷定(ding)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)在左行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)駛馬達(da)(da)內部,可能是(shi)停(ting)(ting)車制動機(ji)構(gou)、平衡(heng)閥(fa)(fa)或(huo)過(guo)載(zai)閥(fa)(fa)損壞,經過(guo)將左右行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)馬達(da)(da)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)駛平衡(heng)閥(fa)(fa)和過(guo)載(zai)閥(fa)(fa)總(zong)成對(dui)換,發現左行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)駛故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)仍然存(cun)在,即可判(pan)定(ding)平衡(heng)閥(fa)(fa),過(guo)載(zai)閥(fa)(fa)總(zong)成并無問題。進一步(bu)(bu)對(dui)左馬達(da)(da)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢修。
從機器上(shang)拆(chai)下左行(xing)走馬達(da)總成,用管子鉗鉗住其(qi)(qi)輸入花鍵軸(zhou)套(tao)。用力扳管子鉗,花鍵套(tao)沒(mei)有(you)轉動,說(shuo)明其(qi)(qi)停(ting)車制動器良好,經過以上(shang)的(de)檢測結果可以斷(duan)定(ding)故障(zhang)在(zai)(zai)馬達(da)內部,我們對馬達(da)進行(xing)解體檢查發(fa)現(xian)(xian):其(qi)(qi)配油盤與(yu)缸(gang)筒接觸面之間有(you)磨(mo)傷(shang)痕跡且起(qi)溝槽(如圖(tu)4),因(yin)此(ci)。可以判(pan)定(ding)故障(zhang)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)處(chu),其(qi)(qi)工作時(shi)出現(xian)(xian)的(de)現(xian)(xian)象為:當機器向后(hou)行(xing)駛時(shi)左行(xing)走操縱桿回中位(wei),右行(xing)走操縱桿仍然在(zai)(zai)后(hou)退位(wei)置時(shi),左行(xing)走馬達(da)因(yin)配油盤與(yu)缸(gang)筒密封(feng)不嚴(有(you)磨(mo)傷(shang)溝槽)致使高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)油腔串通(tong)。使其(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力升不起(qi)來只有(you)10.5MPa,且行(xing)走制動油在(zai)(zai)釋放過程中(還沒(mei)有(you)完全制動時(shi))左履帶因(yin)自身和馬達(da)慣(guan)性(xing)作用及右履帶的(de)牽(qian)引(yin)作用。
從而繼(ji)續滑(hua)移一段距離(先前的(de)(de)故障(zhang)現(xian)象)。等(deng)剎車完全制動后才停止。但(dan)當機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)向前行(xing)駛時(shi),左行(xing)駛操縱桿(gan)回中位(wei),沒有上述現(xian)象。原因(yin)是:由(you)于此時(shi)驅動輪將(jiang)履帶(dai)從下向上帶(dai)動。馬(ma)達的(de)(de)慣(guan)性力(li)及右履帶(dai)的(de)(de)牽引(yin)力(li)無法克(ke)服機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)自重。故行(xing)駛試(shi)驗(1)和斜坡停機(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(2)的(de)(de)后一種工(gong)況沒有滑(hua)移現(xian)象,左行(xing)走液壓(ya)馬(ma)達經換件大修后。重新安(an)裝、試(shi)機(ji)(ji),故障(zhang)得(de)以(yi)排(pai)除,工(gong)作一直正常(chang)。卡特彼(bi)勒產品的(de)(de)質量是較高(gao)的(de)(de),機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)現(xian)此種故障(zhang)主要(yao)是由(you)于用戶所用的(de)(de)液壓(ya)油已被嚴重污染(ran),或者機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)保養工(gong)作做得(de)不充分。因(yin)此使(shi)用單位(wei)必(bi)須時(shi)刻注意液壓(ya)系統油液的(de)(de)清潔度。按照使(shi)用說明書(shu)選用合格的(de)(de)油料。
