此壓(ya)(ya)力值對應主控制器對比例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)輸出電(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)強弱(ruo)。為此,在(zai)泵體(ti)上的(de)(de)(de)PS壓(ya)(ya)力側(ce)點接上壓(ya)(ya)力表,啟(qi)動(dong)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)并作正常操(cao)作,壓(ya)(ya)力表的(de)(de)(de)指針始終是(shi)1.2MPa左(zuo)右。這表明(ming)(ming)比例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)閥(fa)芯已被卡住(zhu),不(bu)能根(gen)據主控制器的(de)(de)(de)輸出信號大小而移動(dong),因而說(shuo)明(ming)(ming)故(gu)障就(jiu)在(zai)比例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)上。更換新的(de)(de)(de)比例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa),并在(zai)監(jian)控器上對新閥(fa)進(jin)行校正,重(zhong)新對機(ji)(ji)器進(jin)行測試,結果狀態正常。檢(jian)查被卡住(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)比例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)。發現液油中已有膠(jiao)質析出,證明(ming)(ming)液壓(ya)(ya)油已變質,不(bu)能繼續(xu)使用(yong)。導致液壓(ya)(ya)油過(guo)早(zao)變質的(de)(de)(de)原因是(shi),機(ji)(ji)器的(de)(de)(de)工作環境惡劣,高寒缺(que)氧和溫升快等。由排查這一故(gu)障可以(yi)得到一點啟(qi)示:挖掘(jue)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)子(zi)控制系統也有局(ju)限性,在(zai)利用(yong)機(ji)(ji)械自身的(de)(de)(de)給修模式進(jin)行故(gu)障診(zhen)斷時,一定要多方面(mian)、多角度的(de)(de)(de)綜合分析。綜合利用(yong)各種檢(jian)測手段,前后相互印證,切忌以(yi)點代面(mian)。
