一臺Caterpillar330BL型挖掘機左行走部分出了故障:當機器向后直線行走時,如右操縱桿保持不變,左邊回中位(即停車),此時右履帶繼續倒退,而左履帶滑移800—1000mm后才停止。經分析液壓系統圖(如圖1)后判斷,可能引發上述故障的部位有:主泵及其控制系統、先導控制閥、主控閥、中心回轉接頭和行走馬達等幾部分。為了更快,更準確地找出故障部位,(1)使機器向前行駛,左操縱桿回中位,右操縱桿保持不變,此時行走正常,即左履帶制動,右履帶:前進。(2)斜坡停機試驗,如圖2。在坡度約為12度的斜坡上,使驅動馬達向前(向上),在斜坡上停機。此時,左右履帶正常,原地個動。改為把驅動馬達向后(向下),引導輪向前(向上)挖掘機維修,挖掘機修理,維修挖掘機,修理挖掘機

我們對馬達進行(xing)解體檢(jian)查發現:其(qi)配油盤與(yu)缸(gang)筒接(jie)觸面(mian)之間有(you)(you)磨傷痕跡且起(qi)溝槽(如圖4),因此(ci)(ci),可以判定故障(zhang)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)處(chu)。其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)出現的(de)(de)(de)現象(xiang)為:當機器(qi)向(xiang)后(hou)行(xing)駛時(shi)(shi)左行(xing)走操(cao)縱(zong)桿(gan)回中(zhong)位(wei)(wei),右行(xing)走操(cao)縱(zong)桿(gan)仍然(ran)在(zai)后(hou)退位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)時(shi)(shi),左行(xing)走馬達因配油盤與(yu)缸(gang)筒密(mi)封不嚴(有(you)(you)磨傷溝槽)致使高低壓(ya)油腔串通,使其(qi)壓(ya)力升不起(qi)來只有(you)(you)10.5MPa,且行(xing)走制(zhi)動(dong)油在(zai)釋(shi)放過程(cheng)中(zhong)(還沒有(you)(you)完(wan)全制(zhi)動(dong)時(shi)(shi))左履帶(dai)因自身和馬達慣性(xing)作(zuo)用(yong)及右履帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)牽引作(zuo)用(yong),從(cong)而繼續滑(hua)移(yi)一段距離(先前的(de)(de)(de)故障(zhang)現象(xiang)),等剎車(che)完(wan)全制(zhi)動(dong)后(hou)才停止。但當機器(qi)向(xiang)前行(xing)駛時(shi)(shi),左行(xing)駛操(cao)縱(zong)桿(gan)回中(zhong)位(wei)(wei),沒有(you)(you)上述現象(xiang)。原(yuan)因是:由于此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)輪將履帶(dai)從(cong)下向(xiang)上帶(dai)動(dong),馬達的(de)(de)(de)慣性(xing)力及右履帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)牽引力無(wu)法克(ke)服(fu)機器(qi)自重。故行(xing)駛試驗(1)和斜坡停機試驗(2)的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)一種工(gong)況(kuang)沒有(you)(you)滑(hua)移(yi)現象(xiang)。
